AG Pruitt's Statement in Response to the Federal Government’s Motion to Dismiss Oklahoma’s Health Care Lawsuit
“Oklahoma’s lawsuit has never been about the policy or politics of the Affordable Care Act; it is about the legality of the IRS rule and ensuring that the federal government complies with implementation of its own law,” Attorney General Scott Pruitt said.
The deadline for the state's response is Dec. 31.
