OKLAHOMA CITY – The Court of Criminal Appeals today set Feb. 16, 2012, as the execution date for Oklahoma County death row inmate Garry Thomas Allen, 55. Attorney General Scott Pruitt requested the execution date on Dec. 28 after the Court of Criminal Appeals dismissed the inmate’s final appeal.
